There are addresses (typically addresses "out in the middle of nowhere", or in major cities such as NYC, or on islands, or on the top of mountains) that are billed by our shippers at a much higher rate. These will not totally be covered by free shipping but a credit toward the final shipping bill will be given. You will be responsible for any extra shipping charges above a certain level for each kiln. If you think that your shipment will fall within the exclusion list, PLEASE E-MAIL US TO ALERT US. We are not responsible for freight cost or time changes due to information about location which was not given to us up front. | | | | | | Damaged Goods. If your order was damaged by UPS or Common Carrier, please call immediately. Do not continue to unpack the items if you notice damage.
