The Olympic Champ kilns are compared to the Skutt HotStartPro™ and see the why square is better!- More usable space than a similar width round kiln! Try firing a 13 inch square project in a round kiln... Prepackaged and ready to ship from Olympic Kiln's factory.
The Champ XL is a specially priced 14-in x 6-in square kiln similar to the Square 146GFE with a 3-key controller. This kiln has elements in the lid as opposed to the Square 146GFE. This kiln is great for basic glass fusing and slumping. Plates, dishes, jewelry etc. Shipping included!

Easily fuse, sag or slump glass. Olympic 120-volt glass fusing kilns have a lid element to ensure balanced and even temperature firings.
Olympic's Champ XL kilns have Elements in lid only. Glass fusing kilns have a maximum temperature of 1700' F and generally are not as deep as pottery kilns because typically glasswork is done on one layer of shelving.
Olympic's Champ XL glass kilns comes standard with the Bartlett 3K digital controller in order to provide you with more accurate control during your firing.
